Armada Wins Gold: First Place for Customer Service at the Stevie Awards

We are pleased to announce that Armada has won a Gold Stevie Award, the top honor, in the Financial Services category for our unparalleled customer service!

The Stevie® Awards are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. This year, the awards were presented during a gala banquet on Friday, February 24 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. More than 650 executives from around the world attended.

Here at Armada, we pride ourselves on our world-class service that helps define us as ‘not your typical insurance company.’ We work hard to provide each member and client with a positive, beneficial experience, whether that’s through our plan conveniences, quick claims filing process or going above and beyond to assist members.

We also recently announced our “best-in-class” customer loyalty score. For the second year in a row, we’ve ranked among the best brands in customer satisfaction, like Amazon and Zappos.
